We are seeking an experienced Head of Storytelling & Content to lead integrated content and narrative strategies that strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership. This role will partner closely with senior executives, marketing, communications, and business leaders to translate complex business and technology topics into compelling stories across digital, social, video, research, and internal channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated storytelling and content strategies
- Create narratives, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership campaigns
- Lead content across digital, social, video, podcasts, reports, and events
- Partner with senior executives on messaging and thought leadership
- Translate complex business and technology concepts into engaging content
- Manage writers and content developers while ensuring quality and consistency
- Use content performance metrics to optimize strategy
- Collaborate with global teams, agencies, and external partners
- 13+ years of experience in corporate communications, content strategy, editorial leadership, or journalism
- Background in consulting, technology services, B2B, or professional services
- Strong experience with executive communications and thought leadership
- Proven experience leading multi-channel content strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing content teams and multiple high-visibility initiatives
- Familiarity with topics such as AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology preferred
