A leading digital streaming network seeks a Brand Marketing Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and multi-title marketing campaigns.
- Support the execution of brand campaigns, multi-title initiatives, tentpole marketing programs, and activations by helping marketing leads with campaign planning, go-to-market creation, timelines, approvals, and deliverables. Support individual parts of projects and help smooth launches.
- Coordinate the trafficking and distribution of creative assets, campaign materials, and marketing updates across internal teams and agency partners, while maintaining campaign calendars, workbacks, trackers, and status documents.
- Partner with Creative, Media, Social, Communications, Consumer Insights, Lifecycle, Partnerships, Programming, and Production teams, as well as domestic and international marketing teams. Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, capture meeting notes, document action items, and track follow-ups to keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Maintain campaign documents, presentations, status reports, shared resources, reference materials, team files, archives, and shared drives, and help develop presentations, planning documents, executive updates, and campaign recap decks, providing administrative and operational support to the brand marketing team.
- Conduct competitive research, industry analysis, and trend monitoring to inform marketing strategies, gather campaign performance data and insights from cross-functional teams, and support post-campaign analyses documenting learnings and recommendations, while staying informed on entertainment, streaming, media, and consumer trends.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field, including internships and coordinator-level experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns with media execution is preferred.
- Experience with in entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, , Asana, or similar platforms is preferred.
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
