Marketing Assistant

SI Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant based in our Downtown New York office. We are seeking a candidate to work with firm principals to manage proposals, and other marketing efforts. Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.

• Updating and maintaining recordsofmarketingmaterials
• Developing newmarketingmaterials, typically utilizing Adobe InDesignor Microsoft Office suite
• Assisting in developing proposals and responses to solicitations that highlight our firm's expertise and strategic approach
• Compilation of materials required for proposals, including coordination between parties
• Creating original content for the proposal including cover letters, summaries, and developing exceptional graphics
• Reviewing and editingmarketingmaterials, resumes, and proposals

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
• 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and computer skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality and consistency
• Strong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft office skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple pursuits and/or tasksfrom inception to completion

Expected salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
