Lacoste is seeking an analytical, organized, and creative individual to join the Ecommerce team. This highly collaborative role will sit at the intersection of many local and global teams. This position is responsible for planning and executing content initiatives to deliver an enhanced user experience. We are looking for an energized candidate who has a strong passion for retail and enjoys working collaboratively.

This role will manage the day-to-day execution of site and App content updates, digital marketing content and stories as well as copy across all digital touchpoints, driving a premium customer experience, optimizing for product performance and topline sales.

• Partner with the Digital team to develop and execute content strategies across all digital channels, with the customer experience at the forefront.
• Own and manage the digital content calendar, ensuring cohesive storytelling across site, email, SMS, app, and paid media.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, and Marketing teams to identify and position key stories, product priorities, and activations throughout the season.
• Analyze content performance and customer engagement, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and the digital experience.
• Leverage channel-specific best practices to provide strategic copy and content recommendations.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging content trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across key content KPIs, highlighting performance, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including content management and site merchandising capabilities.
• Oversee site and app homepages, landing pages, and the broader digital experience calendar, including asset briefing, content implementation, and updates.
• Partner with Marketing to align site merchandising and storytelling with brand campaigns and email initiatives.
• Own and maintain copy across product naming and descriptions, site, email, SMS, and app, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to local and global partners based on content performance, customer engagement, and business priorities.
