The Corcoran Group's Corcoran New Development division seeks a Manager to lead strategy and marketing for boutique condo projects across New York City. You will coordinate developers, sales teams, designers and agencies to shape a clear, market-driven plan.
You will analyze pricing, buyer behavior and market activity, develop positioning and launches, and guide communications from predevelopment through sellout. A New York State real estate license is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
