    • Partner with Board members and leadership volunteers to identify and engage new donor prospects.
  • Data, Reporting & Systems Management
    • Oversee donor tracking and reporting in eTapestry (or equivalent CRM), ensuring accurate gift recording, moves management, and analytics.
    • Develop regular progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts to measure return on investment and guide strategy.
    • Use data insights to refine cultivation and stewardship tactics, with a focus on lifetime donor value and retention.
  • Events & Donor Experiences
    • Collaborate with the Events and Communications teams to integrate donor cultivation into signature events (Gala, Golf Classic, Holiday Jam, Gathering of Friends, etc.).
    • Identify opportunities for exclusive donor engagement events, small gatherings, and personalized recognition experiences.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Supervise and mentor development staff, interns, or volunteers supporting donor engagement and research.
    • Serve as a visible ambassador for BGCPP, representing the organization at community and donor events.
