Since its founding in 1997, Street Wise Partners has empowered over 10,000 adults from overlooked communities with the support of 15,000 volunteers to develop the skills, confidence, and professional networks necessary to achieve upward career movement and long-term financial stability.

Through partnerships with community and corporate employers and an arsenal of volunteer mentors, Street Wise Partners delivers a structured, high-impact career mentoring program that connects job seekers with professional networks to bridge the opportunity gap.

With offices in New York City and Washington, D.C., Street Wise Partners continues to expand its national impact while maintaining a deep local commitment to community empowerment and workforce inclusion.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead Street Wise Partners at a pivotal moment in its evolution. Building on a strong legacy of impact, innovation, and partnership, the CEO will advance the organization s mission of economic mobility through mentorship while driving strategic growth, financial sustainability, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will partner closely with senior leadership, staff, and key stakeholders to bring a bold vision to life, strengthening Street Wise Partners  position as a leading force in workforce development and mentorship. This leader will inspire and mobilize corporate partners, donors, volunteer mentors, and alumni to deepen engagement and expand the organization s reach and impact.

The CEO will be a visible and values-driven champion of Street Wise Partners  mission, leveraging its strong brand and trusted reputation. Strategy & Vision Setting

• Lead and execute a bold, multi-year strategy in partnership with the Board and Executive Team, assessing our current program model / competitive landscape, building on the existing strategy, and positioning Street Wise Partners for its next phase of scale and impact
• Translate vision into action, setting clear priorities, metrics, and accountability measures, while maintaining flexibility to adapt as conditions evolve
• Bring a disciplined and pragmatic approach to strategic planning, determining where to invest, streamline, or redirect efforts in response to a competitive and evolving funding environment.
• Develop a model for scalability by clearly articulating how Street Wise Partners grows its impact, revenue, and reach without compromising program quality or culture

External Leadership & Revenue Generation

• Serve as a visible, compelling champion for economic mobility and workforce equity, representing Street Wise Partners as a trusted voice and thought leader across nonprofit, corporate, and philanthropic communities
• Grow a diversified, sustainable base of contributed revenue by building authentic, long-term relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
• Bring a strong strategic sales and partnership mindset to fundraising, understanding how to position value, steward relationships, and compete effectively for philanthropic dollars
• Leverage and scale Street Wise Partners  unique model that creates shared value by delivering life-changing outcomes for job seekers and meaningful, high-impact volunteer experiences for corporate partners
• Inspire confidence and commitment through authenticity, charisma, and clarity, mobilizing supporters to invest time, talent, and resources in the mission

Organizational Leadership & Management

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Executive Team, building trust quickly and unlocking the full potential of leaders, consultants, and staff across the organization
