We need your support. Every day, families in Sunset Park go to bed hungry. Food insecurity is getting increasingly worse as SNAP and other benefit programs are cut. But you can make a difference! Raising Health relies on volunteers to help us provide fresh food to those who need it most.
What Foodies do:
- Support Raising Health’s bimonthly food distributions
- Prepare, pack, and distribute fresh groceries to Sunset Park immigrant families
Population served:
Families, Immigrants, Refugees or Ethnic Groups, Low-income communities, People with Disabilities, People with Health-based Concerns, Youth
Age Minimum (with Adult): 12+, Minimum Age: 16+
