New York Common Pantry (NYCP) is one of the city’s largest hunger relief organizations, providing food assistance, case management services, senior food provision, nutrition education, and hygiene services. We are a mission-driven organization experiencing rapid growth and expansion.

NYCP is seeking a corporate partnerships manager to join our development team. The role is responsible for executing all aspects of corporate fundraising—including corporate volunteering, event sponsorship, and relationship management with corporate funders.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the annual revenue goal for corporate partnerships.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of corporate partners.
• Build and manage strong relationships with partners through regular communication, meetings, site visits, and strategic updates.
• Align partnership goals with corporate social responsibility objectives.
• Collaborate with Volunteer Engagement and Food Programs teams to develop volunteer projects for partners.
• Coordinate corporate group scheduling and hand off event specifics to logistics teams.
• Ensure a high-quality experience to increase retention and secure upgraded sponsor ships.
• Write and manage grant proposals to secure funding.
• Provide partners with marketing assets and impact reports.
• Identify and refer individual prospects to the Individual Giving team.
• Assist with pitching and securing partnerships for special events.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing corporate giving priorities and philanthropy trends.
• Participate in development team meetings and contribute to the overall fundraising strategy.
• Develop reports using Raiser's Edge NXT fundraising software.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, sales, or business development with a proven track record of hitting revenue goals.

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills with professional competence and leadership maturity.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive problem‑solving approach.

• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge NXT or other fundraising database software is a plus.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with NYC corporate funders is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
