Join Rewrite Corporation’s Saturday Community Distribution Team and be part of a mission that feeds families and strengthens our community! Volunteers play a hands‑on role in our weekly food pantry and outreach distribution — helping to ensure that every guest receives food, care, and compassion in an uplifting environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with setting up tables, tents, and distribution stations.
- Help unload and organize produce and dry goods.
- Distribute food items and greet clients with kindness and respect.
- Maintain an orderly flow of the food line and support those carrying groceries.
- Assist seniors and families with bags as needed.
- Clean up and break down stations after the event concludes.
Population Served: families, homeless, immigrants, refugees or ethnic groups, LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender), low‑income communities, military/veterans, offenders/ex‑offenders, people with disabilities, youth.
RequirementsAge Minimum (with Adult): 12+, Minimum Age: 16.
