ABOUT HFNY
For over 30 years, Hope for New York (HFNY) has served as New York’s Coalition of Hope, bringing nonprofits, churches, and everyday New Yorkers together to show kindness and compassion to their neighbors in need. Our Coalition of Hope strengthens nonprofits, leaders, and communities on the front lines with resources and connections that shatter scarcity and amplify impact.
HFNY invests in a diverse array of community-based nonprofits by providing grants, training, hands‑on support, and volunteers to 70+ vetted, faith‑based nonprofits across the five boroughs — building up their capacity to lead with excellence and serve more New Yorkers in need. We offer thousands of volunteer opportunities for individuals, workplaces, and churches — working closely with our nonprofit partners to ensure New Yorkers not only bring hope to their neighbors in need, but tangibly experience it too.

This role sits within the Program team, reporting to the Senior Director, Programs, and works closely with the Director of Grants and Capacity Building Programs, the Manager of Collective Action, and the broader HFNY staff.
