The Database Manager’s primary duty is to maintain the quality and integrity of Madison’s donor database and use accurate data to steward donors. Responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, managing gift processing, and ensuring efficient data use to support the Development team.
The role requires five+ years with donor databases (ideally Raiser's Edge), a bachelor’s degree, and strong collaboration with Finance and Development in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.
