WELL/BEINGS is a 501(c)(3) start-up venture philanthropy focused on climate, animal welfare, and people and planet. This role drives donor relations, cultivates mid-level to major gifts, and supports our fundraising goals in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development & Gift Officer will work across the team in a hybrid setting (in-office 1–2 days/week) with a compensation range of $80,000–$95,000 and full-time status.
