Outreach & Care Pastor

Victory Highway is a growing, multisite church of 1,300+ in average weekly attendance where lives are being changed by Jesus. Our church has doubled in size over the past four years and with that growth comes an even greater opportunity to love people well, locally and globally.

We’re looking for a leader who feels called to help people live beyond themselves – someone who can mobilize a church to reach the lost, care for the hurting, and create a culture where every person feels seen, known, and welcomed.

This role brings together two powerful expressions of the church’s mission:

• Outreach: Leading our congregation to reach across the street, reach around the world, and reach beyond themselves through partnerships, outreach, and hands‑on involvement. Oversee outreach budget of about $200,000, help empower and send mission teams, and communicate with current REACH partners.
• Care & Hospitality: Building a church where people experience the love of Christ in tangible ways, from first impressions on a Sunday morning to meaningful care in life’s hardest moments. Oversee guest services teams, act as the point of contact for congregational care, and assist with or officiate funerals.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll step into a healthy, thriving missions ministry with strong momentum, while also helping us build a scalable, intentional culture of care across our campuses.
