Location: New York
Covenant House New York (CHNY) seeks a Youth Development & LGBTQ Program Specialist to create and implement youth development and LGBTQ programming across crisis shelter, Rights of Passage sites, and housing programs. You will build trusting relationships with adolescents and young adults, coordinating life-skills activities and events with staff and volunteers.
You will dedicate 40% of time to LGBTQ initiatives, supporting an affirming community for youth of color experiencing homelessness.
