LSA provides families with the most critical resources they need – food, clothing, healthcare, education, a safe home, and advocacy services. We believe by supporting and empowering families, our entire community will thrive.

Position Overview

LSA Family Health Service is seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused Volunteer & Donor Engagement Coordinator to expand and strengthen volunteer engagement and corporate partnerships in support of our mission to empower children, families, seniors, and the East Harlem community. LSA leverages the power of volunteers who help programs thrive, their collective efforts adding up to $1.1 million in revenue annually. This role emphasizes the importance of strong community relations and increasing resources.

The Coordinator will recruit, manage, and steward individual volunteers, corporate volunteer groups, schools, faith-based organizations, and community partners. This position plays a key role in creating meaningful volunteer experiences, building long-term partnerships, and increasing community engagement and philanthropic support for LSA programs.
