Location: New York

Facilities & Capital Projects Committee Lead

This is a volunteer remote role for a Facilities & Capital Projects Committee Lead at The Healing Circle Foundation. This role will help guide planning for the foundation’s cultural center, including project development, facilities planning, and long-term capital growth.

Responsibilities
  • Help support planning for the cultural center and related facilities goals.
  • Assist with capital project strategy, timelines, and organizational priorities.
  • Help review feasibility, site-related considerations, and planning needs.
  • Support communication with project partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Help advance the vision for a welcoming and functional community space.
Qualifications
  • Background in construction, real estate, architecture, facilities, or project management.
  • Interest in community development and nonprofit growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
Required Skills
  • Project coordination.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Communication and collaboration.
Preferred Skills
  • Facility planning or real estate knowledge.
  • Experience with nonprofit community spaces.
  • Bilingual (Preferred but Not Required).
Pay Range and Compensation Package
