Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding Framework
- Collaborate with the founder to define 3–4 priority volunteer roles, write compelling role descriptions, identify the best outreach channels (including professional and diaspora networks), and create a simple remote onboarding process to keep volunteers engaged.
- Bring on 3–5 experienced volunteers to expand leadership capacity at no cost and accelerate our data intelligence platform.
- Pilot outreach and integrate volunteers into existing sprint workflows.
- Lead the development of a new and improved mission and vision statement that will communicate our purpose and vision to a variety of stakeholders.
- Assist in establishing a corporate sponsorship strategy to support program growth nationwide.
