Two River Theater is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join our Development team. Working hours are generally Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM, with some availability needed on a limited number of weeknights and/or weekends for presence s is a flexible, hybrid position.
The Individual Giving Manager reports to the Associate Director of Individual Giving and is responsible for the Annual Fund and mid-level donors, donor relationship management including stewardship and communications, and all reporting and performance management for individual contributed revenue.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS- Perform all work in a manner that is consistent with Two River’s core values,

- Direct and lead the Annual Fund campaigns (direct mail, email, and digital appeals);
- Manage the monthly giving program and donor stewardship programs;
- Maintain a donor pipeline for major giving;
- Coordinate donor communications and impact reporting;
- Analyze fundraising performance and donor trends;
- Manage reporting and supporting contributed revenue forecasting for Individual Giving;
- Oversee and coordinate the department’s individual donor communications in collaboration with the Two River Marketing team;
- Work collaboratively with the Associate Director of Individual Giving while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about theater and the arts;
- Demonstrated success managing annual fund campaigns or donor programs;
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent written, editing, and storytelling skills;
- Experience interpreting donor data, fundraising reports, and analytics to inform strategy;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Word), SharePoint, and donor CRM/database systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ;
- Familiarity with CRM/database systems; and
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and reports.
Annual Compensation: $60,000-$63,000. Benefits package includes medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, generous paid time off, an employee assistance program, local business discounts, and a 403 (b) retirement plan. NON-UNION
