Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ major donors
- Develop and execute creative stewardship strategies
- Draft compelling proposals and impact reports
- Maintain accurate contact reports in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of fundraising experience
- Exceptional writing and oral communication skills
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Ability to use data analytics to inform strategy
