Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York's Catholic Charities Community Services seeks a full-time Case Manager in New York City to support families and individuals with shelter, food, clothing, and access to services and resources.
Based at 530 W. 166th Street, the role emphasizes engagement, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community partners, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and some fieldwork. Bilingual Spanish/English is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
