The Bowery Mission is a Christian, faith-based organization serving those experiencing homelessness, hunger, and poverty in New York. The Ambassador role supports guests by fostering trust, coordinating services, and guiding them toward independence within TBM’s continuum of care.
You will lead groups, assist with intake, train volunteers, and uphold TBM record-keeping standards while collaborating with staff to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care.
