Living Hope Christian Church is looking for an Associate Pastor of Ministries who loves Jesus, loves people, and is passionate about developing leaders.

This is more than a ministry job. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing church while being intentionally mentored and developed as a leader.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Pastor to strengthen discipleship, develop volunteer leaders, build healthy ministry systems, and help people take their next step with Christ. As your gifts and leadership grow, you’ll also have opportunities to preach, teach, and take increasing ministry responsibility.

Living Hope Christian Church is a growing, multigenerational church located in Ballston Lake, New York, in the heart of New York's Capital Region.

You’ll provide leadership across multiple ministry areas, including:

• Recruiting, training, and caring for volunteer leaders
• Strengthening discipleship pathways
• Supporting Kids, Youth, Groups, Guest Services, and church-wide events
• Building healthy ministry systems and processes
• Working alongside the Senior Pastor in vision and strategy
• Helping develop future leaders throughout the church
• Preaching and teaching as opportunities arise

• Regular one-on-one coaching with the Senior Pastor
• Leadership development and ministry mentoring
