Hispanics in Philanthropy is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead our annual giving efforts and donor cultivation. The role works closely with HIP leadership to grow donor numbers, donation sizes, and transition annual donors to Campaign supporters.
The position includes collaboration with Development staff to establish planned giving vehicles and support for CEO and Board fundraising initiatives, along with involvement in special events.
