The Congressional campaign for NY-07 is seeking enthusiastic organizers to join the aggressive field operations of a grassroots campaign for New York's 7th Congressional District. As Field Lead, you will work closely with senior staff to implement a field program in the district, mobilizing the community to connect with our neighbors intimately, on a large scale, in a short timetable. This position is full-time (standard campaign hours), in-person, and will run through the end of June 2026, with possibility to extend to November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Field Strategy: Implement the campaign's field operations, set targets for direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment.

• Volunteer Recruitment & Management: Recruit and supervise a volunteer team, through events, social media or other means, and train volunteers for leadership roles.

• Data Management: Manage field data entry and validation, monitoring progress towards targets. Report results, and adjust strategy as needed

• Operations Management: Manage logistics of all canvassing, phone banking, voter , and GOTV efforts of both in person and virtual field operations, providing support to volunteer leaders as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ cycles of electoral organizing experience

• Experience overseeing staff and volunteers

• Strong working knowledge of VAN/Vote Builder and organizing tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A sharp eye for detail and organization.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced campaign environment

• Familiarity with the district or strong community ties.

• Experience organizing across diverse communities.

• Spanish proficiency is a plus
