The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center seeks a Director of Major Gifts to lead the individual giving vertical with focus on developing and executing major gifts and planned giving programs.
The role includes cultivating mid-level donors, managing a Donor & Planned Giving team, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. Hybrid work with on-site Tuesdays through Thursdays is required.
