Location: New York
Tandym-Group is seeking an Assistant Program Director for a nonprofit adult women’s shelter in Brooklyn, NYC. The role supports day-to-day shelter operations, supervises staff, and helps ensure program compliance.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Shelter Operations or Social Services, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
