Phoenix House in New York City is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise and develop clubhouse programs for members in recovery. You will lead staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and ensure programs align with the clubhouse model and best practices in mental health recovery.
We value strong leadership, collaboration with diverse teams, and the ability to build relationships with community partners. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in social services are preferred.
