Hope for New York (HFNY) seeks a proactive Manager of Program Partnerships to own relationships with 20–25 affiliate partners. You will co-create goals, provide strategic coaching, and expand HFNY’s coalition by adding new partners and deepening current ones.
You will work with the Program team to design capacity-building initiatives, track partner progress, and surface opportunities for growth across the network, ensuring resources and support are aligned with HFNY’s mission.
