Reporting to exalt’s Executive Director, the Grant Writer and Development Research Associate will advance the organization’s fundraising efforts through grant writing and donor prospect research. The Grant Writer and Development Research Associate will also proactively support the Executive Director by preparing materials for donor meetings and staffing the Executive Director in those meetings as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, committed, and impactful fundraising professional who is passionate about growing and scaling exalt’s mission.

This position can be hybrid with much of the work done remotely, but the candidate should be in the New York metropolitan area to attend occasional meetings and accompany the Executive Director to evening events as needed.
