Youth INC in New York City is seeking a Major Gift Officer to grow and manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects in support of Youth INC’s mission across NYC. You will build long-term philanthropic partnerships and manage a portfolio of 100–125 donors, leveraging events and engagements to deepen donor relationships.
Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to set annual goals, prepare donor briefings, and engage leadership and board members.
