YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Teen Coordinator for the North Brooklyn YMCA to lead teen programs and ensure safe, engaging experiences after school and on Saturdays. You will support staff, coordinate registrations, and manage program surveys and budgets.
The role focuses on social-emotional learning, youth development, and building partnerships with local schools to expand impact. CPR/First Aid/AED is preferred and experience with diverse youth is important.
