Location: New York
Carter Burden Network is seeking an on-site Home Delivered Meals (HDM) Coordinator in New York, NY. Based at the Carter Burden Luncheon Club, you will manage intake, eligibility, route planning, and driver scheduling to ensure meals reach homebound older adults on time.
The role requires strong organization, collaboration with volunteers and staff, and adherence to NYC Aging and CMOW standards. Evening/weekend coverage may be needed.
