Customer Service Rep

We build campaigns that turn everyday interactions into measurable impact.

Through live events, and community-based campaigns, our team works alongside nationally recognized nonprofit organizations—including Americares, The Nature Conservancy, ASDF, and ACLU—to expand awareness, strengthen public engagement, and drive sustained donor support.

This role is designed for individuals who want to develop real-world communication skills in a performance-based environment while contributing to causes with tangible impact.

No prior experience is required. We provide structured training, hands-on coaching, and a clear path for growth.

• This is a full-time, in-person position based in Manhattan, with campaigns running throughout Manhattan.
• You’ll represent nonprofit partners at retail activations, community events, and pop-up locations—engaging directly with the public, communicating mission-driven initiatives, and guiding individuals toward meaningful involvement.
• You’ll also support the execution of events from setup through breakdown, ensuring each environment reflects a high standard of professionalism and energy.

• Engage individuals face-to-face in high-traffic environments with clarity and purpose
• Communicate the mission and impact of nonprofit partners in a concise, compelling way
• Guide attendees through donation or sign-up processes
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Maintain organized, professional, and welcoming event spaces
• Collaborate with a team to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals
