The Donor Manager will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with donors to ensure continued support for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, donor relations, and event planning.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to identify and cultivate new donors
- Manage relationships with current donors to ensure continued support
- Plan and execute fundraising events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure donor recognition and stewardship
- Prepare and present reports on donor activity and fundraising progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in donor management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising or donor relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
