Registered Nurse - SICU/MICULocation: New York, NY
Employment Type: Contract (Onsite) - 3x12 Schedule with weekends required
Compensation: $46.06-$65.80 per hour
Description- The Clinical Nurse role involves providing quality care in the SICU/MICU setting, focusing on patient-centered care and safety.
- This contract position requires onsite work in New York, NY, with a 3x12 schedule including weekends.
- Candidates should have experience with electronic health records systems.
- Current NYS RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Experience with patient care management
- Experience with electronic health records systems preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience
- 1 year of travel nursing experience for travel positions
- Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
