Elderwood - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments to residents as ordered by physician;
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) according to care plans;
Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely;
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and contact medical providers as needed;
Maintain facility standards for resident care, safety, and confidentiality
