Focus on practicing medicine while CCP’s local centralized management services organization takes care of administrative, billing, and operational functions—so you can spend more time doing what you do best. - Work life balance with predictable hours, no evenings or weekends for APPs, disconnect on vacations and holidays, workflows that support efficiency.
- Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions.
- Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
- Assess patient status by obtaining health history.
- Order/perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests.
- Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds.
- Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care.
- Counsel patient/family on preventive health care.
- Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education.
Position requires full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials. Ability to work within a collaborative care model with physicians and other advanced practice providers. Strong patient-centered approach and commitment to quality care.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation starting at $125,000. CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on factors such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
