Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: New York

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide supportive and restorative nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Nursing Home and bedside setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and assist with a variety of nursing tasks to ensure patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
This role involves working with residents requiring long-term, rehabilitative, and skilled nursing care, ensuring compliance with care plans and facility standards while promoting a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation: $37.45-$46.56 Per Hour
Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, exercise, and elimination needs

* Administer medications and treatments as assigned per hospital policy

* Monitor patient safety and take vital signs

* Perform CPR and assist with medical procedures as needed

* Prepare and transport patients for tests and procedures

* Document patient care and report status to supervising RN

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program

* Licensed and currently registered as a Practical Nurse in New York State
