Near Nichols, NY The Opportunity We???re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-focused primary care team. Work Monday through Friday???no nights, weekends, or call???serving a close-knit community while enjoying a flexible, supportive environment. What You???ll Do Provide primary care to 15???20 patients/day in post-acute care settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
