Eager to deliver outstanding and compassionate patient care? We are excited to hire a Clinical Nurse for the Hematology Oncology Office Practice.

• Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of lymphoma, leukemia and multiple myeloma medical oncology patients
• Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone
• Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up

• New York State RN license and BSN
• 1.5 years of oncology experience in an ambulatory care setting is strongly preferred
• BLS certification is required
• Hematology Oncology experience highly preferred

  Monday-Friday - 4x 10/ hour flex from: 8:00AM-6:00PM. No weekends/ No Holidays.
