• Pay or shift range: $28 to $35 per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, shift, benefit selection or other job‑related reasons.

Rate: $28-$32.00/hr (depending on experience) plus $3.00 for 3p-11p shift!

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well‑being of residents.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create personalized care experience.
• Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
• Monitor and Document: Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
• Problem‑Solve: Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.

• Licensure: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in NY.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
