Shift: Full-Time
Up to $46/hour plus $10,000 Sign on Bonus (including Shift differential)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for select shifts

, a 5-star rated 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our compassionate and professional clinical team. We're located just 15 minutes from Lockport and 25 minutes from Williamsville.

• Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans.
• Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members.
• Document accurately and report changes in resident conditions to providers and leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) REQUIRED.

1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to supervise and motivate staff while promoting a positive culture.
