Overview

Good Shepherd Hospice is looking for passionate, dedicated RN to provide End of Life care to patients at home.

Our Hospice RN's:

The Evening Community Hospice RN is responsible for Admissions, pronouncements and general on-call, providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.

Position hours: 4:30 PM
-12:30 AM Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation.

Job Details

Qualifications:

* Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

* Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience

* Basic Life Support Certification

* Current, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation.
