Urban Health Plan is currently recruiting a regularly scheduled,
Part Time Registered Nurse to work within our family health centers in the Bronx. This is not a per diem position and we are seeking nurses who have availability to work a fixed schedule every Thursday and Friday 8am-5pm.
Compensation
:
Minimum: $54.25/hour, Maximum $54.25/hour.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Licensed NYS Registered Professional Nurse with 1-2 years of established nursing experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

• Triage patients and assists patients with their needs.
• Provides quality nursing care and medication administration.
• Assists with prepping patients and providing patient education.
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
• Ensure proper sterilization procedures and nursing standards are maintained.
• Administers immunization to age-specific patients.
• Maintains health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of practice
