Over fifty years ago, NYP specialists created the APGAR score for newborn evaluation. Today, we’re among the nation’s best for neonatal care, and a Regional Perinatal Network hub. We care for the tiniest, most critically ill patients – relying on our dedicated nurses' expertise.

As a 58-bed Level IV tertiary NICU, we care for newborns who require the highest level of neonatal intensive care including HIE requiring total body cooling, extremely low birth weight premature infants, newborns with complex surgical conditions and neonates with complicated respiratory disorders that might need ECMO.Our Level IV NICU has one of the lowest chronic lung disease rates in the whole country and our center has a world renowned NICU comfort care program as well being a fetal surgery center for neonates with neurological conditions like myelomeningocele.

This is a full-time, night shift position located at New York-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.
** Preferred:
*** At least one year of Level IV NICU or Pediatric critical care experience
* National Certification
*
* Required:

*** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Current New York State RN License (or willingness to obtain)
* BCLS and NRP certification
