Position OverviewGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a per-diem position in an Article 28 Facility in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and requires at least 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. - Soft Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and patient-centered approach.
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an Article 28 facility setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies within the NP scope of practice.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
