Waterville is looking for motivated Certified Nursing Assistants to join a great team. Waterville Residential Care Center, a 92‑bed sub‑acute skilled nursing and short‑ and long‑term rehabilitation center is located in the village of Waterville, NY.
ResponsibilitiesThis position delivers direct resident care and provides superior healthcare to our residents in a manner which promotes independence, preserves dignity, & strives to improve their quality of life.
- Assist with the maintenance of resident’s nutritional and personal hygiene needs
- Observe and report significant changes in a resident’s condition
- Understand the psychological needs of the resident.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Assist with Nursing and other Staff as needed
- Follow all professional, facility, and legal standards while maintaining resident and facility confidentiality.
- Responsible for promoting a safe work environment through proactive injury prevention practices and compliance with all safety standards.
- Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
