We are seeking a confident, experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a lead provider role at a newly acquired location and help build a thriving pediatric practice within the community.

Comprehensive Pediatric Primary Care

• Provide full-spectrum primary care services to patients from newborn (0) through 21 years old
• Conduct well visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, immunizations, and chronic condition management

Lead Provider Role

• Serve as the sole clinician on-site, managing your own patient panel
• Operate with strong clinical independence and decision-making autonomy
• Maintain a steady pace of approximately 2–3 patients per hour

Practice Growth

• Actively participate in building and driving patient census for the Canarsie location
• Engage with the community and contribute to long-term practice growth

Clinical Judgment & Triage

• Quickly identify high-risk clinical scenarios and appropriately direct patients to the ER when necessary

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Pediatric Background
• Fully comfortable caring for newborns and very young infants
• Proven ability to function independently without on-site clinical supervision
• Active New York State license and board certification

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8–10 hour shifts)

Pay:
Up to $166,000 Annually
