We are seeking a confident, experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a lead provider role at a newly acquired location and help build a thriving pediatric practice within the community.

Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Pediatric Primary Care
- Provide full-spectrum primary care services to patients from newborn (0) through 21 years old
- Conduct well visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, immunizations, and chronic condition management
Lead Provider Role
- Serve as the sole clinician on-site, managing your own patient panel
- Operate with strong clinical independence and decision-making autonomy
- Maintain a steady pace of approximately 2–3 patients per hour
Practice Growth
- Actively participate in building and driving patient census for the Canarsie location
- Engage with the community and contribute to long-term practice growth
Clinical Judgment & Triage
- Quickly identify high-risk clinical scenarios and appropriately direct patients to the ER when necessary
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Pediatric Background
- Fully comfortable caring for newborns and very young infants
- Proven ability to function independently without on-site clinical supervision
- Active New York State license and board certification
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8–10 hour shifts)
Pay:
Up to $166,000 Annually
