Nursing Supervisor per diem evening or night – The New Jewish Home
The Manhattan Division's Nursing Department of The New Jewish Home is searching for 2 per diem Nursing Supervisors for evening and night shifts to join their team.
Responsibilities- day to day operation of the unit
- assures that resident care is provided in compliance with all regulations and policies
- participates in establishing community goals and achieving clinical outcomes
- managing and engaging staff in clinical goals
- Valid NY state RN license
- 4 + years of experience with acute/long term care clinical experience and supervisory skills.
- As a service excellence champion to one's team, the Nursing Supervisor will possess the ability to problem solve and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
